Helios

A modern CRM where assistants actually sit in the work — drafting follow-ups, summarizing accounts, and proposing the next action on the pipeline instead of a chatbot nobody opens after week two.

Overview

Helios is LunexLab’s take on a contemporary CRM: contacts, companies, deals, and activity that operators already understand — plus assistants that write into those objects. The model drafts in the same editor the human sends from. Summaries land on the account, not in a separate chat log.

We build this class of system when a team has outgrown spreadsheets and generic CRMs that bolt “AI” on as a marketing toggle. The assistant has to know pipeline stages, permissions, and what “done” looks like for that desk.

The challenge

Most “AI CRM” demos generate email in a vacuum. Sales and ops still copy-paste into the real record. Adoption dies. The product has to shrink busywork without inventing a second source of truth.

Approach

  • Keep classic CRM primitives: pipeline, inbox, tasks, audit trail.
  • Bind assistants to objects — deal, account, ticket — with citations back to the record.
  • Human confirm before send; the model never silently emails a client.
  • Role-aware prompts so a warehouse desk and a closer do not share one generic bot.

Outcomes

  • A CRM people already know how to click, with assistants that earn a seat.
  • Faster follow-ups and cleaner account memory without a parallel notebook.
  • A pattern we reuse when a client needs AI inside operations, not a demo.
